Because of the nature of our products & our safety standards, we can unfortunately not take returns for opened items. With returns, we lose the ability to track that this was kept in food safe environments and that no adulteration happened. This also helps limit our carbon footprint for items that we are not able to resell.
We are able to accept returns on sealed/unopened products. Our team will send you a FedEx return label for you to print and apply to the shipping box that includes the items that you're returning. The shipping box will need to be dropped off at your nearest FedEx ship store or kiosk. Once tracking link has shown movement, the return can be submitted.
If you have any questions about our products before purchasing please reach out to us and we can help you choose the right one! Our support team is also here for you if you have any questions about your order. If you received an order that was damaged, please contact us to request a replacement.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us so that we can help resolve the issue right away. Refunds are automatically awarded for damaged product. We simply ask that you provide photo evidence within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.
Please note that our 8 lb pails are non-refundable.
