How do I reset my password?Updated a year ago

If you can not remember your password, simply go to the login page and hit "Forgot Password" to change it. A password reset email will be sent to the email address on file. Please note that sometimes these emails end up in your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please check there if you have not received the email after 2 minutes. If you still cannot find the email, it is likely that we do not have your email address on file, please try an alternate email.

The automated email will be titled "JOI account password reset".
