What happens if I encounter issues with subscription login or account activation?Updated a month ago

If you have a subscription but cannot log into your account, it is possible that your account login has not yet been activated. We will send an account invite to the email associated with your subscription. Please check your inbox, including your SPAM/JUNK folders, if you do not receive the invite within a designated time. Once activated, you can manage your subscriptions, view past orders, and update personal information.
